Starting a Return 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received.

For all other returns/claims, we have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may submit a return of any item in unused condition for any reason within 30 days.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).



Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

 

Damages and Defects

There is no guarantee all products will be free from defects, but in the event you receive a defective item we'll be sure to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
