From cooking alongside her dad as a kid to selling food on the side during COVID-19, Maria always had a passion for serving her community through her cooking. Driven by family and the birth of her first child, she set out to build something of her own. 

After navigating the initial hurdles of running a food truck—from limited kitchen space to parking logistics—she sold the truck to transition to a permanent location. Following the birth of her daughter, she opened her doors in 2023, building a thriving business over the years.
